Company History
Founding & Early History
2002
Dr. Jose Antonio Goitia and Catleya Cher Goitia, or JACCG, founded security agency Omega Options.
2006
Rice trading company Red Blade Trading Corporation was formed.
2015
Hanyuan International Holdings, Ltd. was established as the umbrella for rice and petroleum trading.
Transformation and Expansion
2021
Madrina Gold Mining was established with its mining operations located in Trento, Agusan Del Sur.
2024
Skincare company The Real Perfection was launched, now known as The Real Company.
Current Business and Reach
2025
Metatron Gold Mining was established in Mati, Davao Oriental and Goitia Mining was later formed as the umbrella for all mining businesses.
The corporation became JACCG Holdings, Inc., a diversified company spanning security, mining, skincare & lifestyle, construction, and transport.
